Started in March 1999, LienSource has been providing vital Tax Sale information to NJ investors for over a decade. LienSource's owner, Steve Davis, has been a New Jersey Certified Tax Collector since 1991. He has worked or assisted in 9 New Jersey municipalities during his career and is currently the Tax Collector for the Township of Mansfield, in Warren County, New Jersey.
The LienSource website went on hiatus for a year and a half from January 2011 to June 2012, during which time it sold its services through Tax Sale Resources. However, Steve realized that it was the personal touch and focus on detail that was needed more than a national presence, so in July 2012, LienSource relaunched its website, focusing solely on the state in which it specializes, New Jersey.
